Limited Warranty (DOA Only)

We provide coverage only for batteries that arrive damaged or defective (Dead on Arrival). Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or videos of the problem. After this period, all sales are considered final.

No Ongoing Warranty

Once the battery has been delivered and the 48-hour inspection period has passed, Bruk Moto does not provide coverage for damage, wear, misuse, performance degradation, or battery failure.

Use at Your Own Risk

Water Resistance

This battery is designed to withstand normal riding conditions, including light rain and minor water splashes. It is not waterproof and must never be submerged or exposed to excessive water. Damage caused by water intrusion is not covered.
